Mentor Program
KAFPA has established a mentor program to provide hands-on support for our newly approved resource homes. We have veteran resource parents that are willing to talk, meet, and share with their mentees about their experience and knowledge so that we can build a support system for our families. This will help to improve Santa Clara County’s Department of Family and Children Services retention efforts and help with any placement disruptions.
